Clients must be 18 years or older or have a legal guardian’s consent to use our services.
Mow & Glow LLC provides professional property services including lawn care, permanent outdoor lighting, and related property improvement services. All services, pricing, scope, and schedules are defined in the approved quote or service agreement.
Booking & Payment
Services may be booked online, by phone, or through Jobber.
A deposit of up to 50% or full payment may be required to confirm scheduling.
The remaining balance is due before or upon service completion, unless agreed in writing.
Invoicing
All quotes and invoices are issued through Jobber and delivered by email or client hub.
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated.
Accepted Payment Methods
Payments are accepted through Jobber via:
ACH bank transfer (processing fee may apply)
Debit and credit cards (processing fees apply)
Cash
Check
Any applicable processing fees are the responsibility of the client and will be disclosed at checkout.
Late Payments
Invoices unpaid 14 days after the invoice date may incur a 5% weekly late fee on the outstanding balance.
Non-Payment
Unpaid balances may result in paused services, required upfront payment for future work, or collection efforts.
Deposits are non-refundable once service has begun.
We understand schedules can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
14 or more days before scheduled service
• No fee. Full refund or 100% credit toward future services.
7–13 days before scheduled service
• 50% of the total service price retained to cover scheduling and preparation costs.
Less than 7 days before scheduled service
• 100% of the service price is non-refundable due to labor, materials, and scheduling commitments.
Weather-related exceptions:
Mow & Glow LLC may reschedule services due to unsafe weather conditions. If rescheduling is not possible, a credit may be issued at our discretion.
Clients agree to:
Provide safe, clear, and reasonable access to all service areas
Ensure utilities (power, water, access points) are available when required
Inform Mow & Glow LLC of hazards, underground utilities, unstable surfaces, or obstacles
Secure pets and notify us of animals on the property
Avoid interfering with services while work is being performed
Not tamper with completed work or installed lighting systems
Lawn care equipment and tools are owned and operated by Mow & Glow LLC
Permanent lighting systems become the property of the client upon full payment unless otherwise stated in writing
Damage caused by misuse, tampering, or unauthorized modification may result in repair or replacement charges
Permanent outdoor lighting systems are covered only by applicable manufacturer warranties for materials and components.
Any labor warranty, if offered, is limited to workmanship only and excludes damage from weather, animals, power surges, electrical issues, utility interruptions, tampering, misuse, or third-party interference.
Permanent lighting means year-round installation, not lifetime performance. Lighting components are manufacturer-rated for finite lifespans (commonly up to ~50,000 hours / ~10 years). Actual lifespan varies based on usage, weather, power conditions, maintenance, and environment.
No lifetime warranty or guarantee is expressed or implied unless explicitly stated in writing.
Mow & Glow LLC does not guarantee lighting lifespan, color consistency, software/app performance, or future compatibility.
Lawn care services follow industry standards, but specific results are not guaranteed due to weather, soil, irrigation, pests, and environmental factors.
Mow & Glow LLC is not responsible for pre-existing property damage, including siding, roofing, underground utilities, irrigation systems, landscaping, or existing electrical infrastructure.
Clients acknowledge that outdoor services—including lawn care and permanent lighting installation—involve reasonable inherent risks related to equipment use, working at heights, electrical components, and environmental conditions.
To the fullest extent permitted by Wisconsin law, Mow & Glow LLC’s total liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the value of the service provided.
All website content, branding, images, designs, and marketing materials are the intellectual property of Mow & Glow LLC and may not be copied or reproduced without written consent.
Clients agree not to:
Use our website or services for unlawful purposes
Provide false or misleading information
Copy, reproduce, or misuse Mow & Glow LLC content or branding
For recurring services (such as scheduled lawn care), clients authorize Mow & Glow to perform services as scheduled without separate confirmation for each visit unless otherwise agreed.
Mow & Glow LLC reserves the right to refuse or terminate services at any time due to unsafe conditions, non-payment, or violation of these terms.
Any disputes arising from services provided or these terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. The parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally and in good faith. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction located within the State of Wisconsin.
Nothing in these terms waives rights or obligations under applicable Wisconsin state law.
Mow & Glow LLC is not responsible for injury or property damage resulting from, including but not limited to:
Unsafe or undisclosed site conditions
Client interference before, during, or after service
Failure to secure pets, hazards, or access areas
Permanent outdoor lighting involves electrical components and exposure to weather.
Permanent lighting refers to year-round installation only and does not imply lifetime durability or performance.
Mow & Glow LLC is not responsible for issues caused by existing electrical infrastructure, insufficient capacity, grounding issues, power surges, outages, or utility provider interruptions.
Lighting systems may rely on third-party apps, software, Wi-Fi, or manufacturer platforms; performance issues related to updates, connectivity, discontinued features, or compatibility changes are outside our control.
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mow & Glow LLC its owners employees and contractors from claims damages or expenses not caused by our direct negligence
This includes claims arising from client negligence undisclosed hazards misuse or modification of installed systems HOA or municipal violations or third party actions
Coverage includes property damage personal injury fines or related disputes connected to the services provided
Mow & Glow LLC is not responsible for delays interruptions or inability to perform services due to events beyond reasonable control
This includes severe weather natural disasters power outages material shortages government restrictions or similar unforeseen circumstances
Services may be rescheduled when conditions are unsafe or impractical
