By engaging our services, the client acknowledges the following:
Outdoor property services may involve inherent risks, including working at heights, use of electrical components, and equipment operation
Mow & Glow LLC takes reasonable and appropriate safety measures to minimize risk
Certain risks associated with private properties, weather conditions, and electrical systems cannot be fully eliminated
Clients agree to:
Provide a safe, clear, and reasonably hazard-free work area
Inform Mow & Glow LLC of known safety risks, including structural weaknesses, damaged roofing or siding, irrigation systems, or exposed wiring
Avoid moving, adjusting, or tampering with equipment, tools, or installed lighting
Keep children, pets, and guests away from the work area during and after service
Mow & Glow LLC is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or damages caused by:
Weather conditions
Power outages
Natural disasters
Other events beyond our reasonable control
Services may be rescheduled when conditions are unsafe.
Any claims of property damage must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of service completion
Supporting documentation, including photos, is required
If Mow & Glow LLC is determined to be at fault, we will assess the situation and may offer repair or reimbursement at our discretion
Mow & Glow LLC carries general liability insurance.
A Certificate of Insurance is available upon request.
Permanent lighting means installed year-round, not lifetime performance
LED fixtures, controllers, and power supplies have finite lifespans (commonly up to ~50,000 hours / ~10 years)
Actual lifespan varies based on weather exposure, power quality, usage patterns, and environmental conditions
No lifetime warranty or guarantee is provided or implied unless explicitly stated in writing
